Kokum is procured from mapped orchards and wild-harvest clusters, each registered with a unique grower or collector group ID on the AgrEco platform. Data on flowering and fruiting cycles, collection practices, and input usage (where cultivated) is captured to ensure residue-free, sustainable harvesting that protects local ecosystems.
Drying, deseeding, grading, and packing steps are documented lot-wise so every bag of kokum rind or processed pulp can be traced back to specific geography, farmer groups, or community collectors.
