Cardamom is procured from mapped plantations and smallholder agroforestry systems, each registered with a unique farm or producer group ID on the AgrEco platform. Data on altitude, shade-tree mix, input use, and harvest practices is recorded to ensure residue-free, sustainable cultivation in sensitive hill ecosystems.
Washing, drying, polishing, grading, and packing are documented lot-wise so every bag or carton of cardamom can be traced back to specific growing regions and farmer groups.
