Swapnil Sharma, is an Agri-business MBA graduate from MANAGE – Hyderabad with a specialization in Strategic Management from the prestigious IIM-Kozhikode. He has about 20 years of experience in Agri-input and Agri-foods for Procurement, Marketing, Sales & Logistics. He worked with Farmer Producer Organizations for Blockchain development and Consultancy.

He started his career with Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals, a leading Agri-input company in India and has worked closely with Farmers & helped them to improve their fertility by using Bio-fertilizers & balanced use of Chemical fertilizers.

He played an instrumental role in developing the supply chain of the F&V category in Big Bazaar where he worked as Category head. He was responsible for bringing procurement efficiency, training store staff to decrease dump & implementing many ideas to increase sales. He worked as Produce- Category head for BHARTI-WALMART. He also worked on various projects while leading a team & Implemented Innovative promotional themes while upholding Fiscal Integrity.
